Partner Prize

A partner prize is a sponsor-funded bounty in a Sponsor-Bounty Federation hackathon, judged by the sponsor against narrow criteria specific to that bounty. ETHGlobal is the canonical worked example, with the convention that one project may apply to no more than three partner prizes. The format works when sponsor agendas align with what builders actually want to build; it fails when sponsor capture turns the event into a vendor showcase. See format-taxonomy and bounty.
